Nothing in this row asks you to download a file from us.

Worth knowing first

Android and Fire TV will both refuse the file until “unknown sources” is switched on. Each guide points at the exact menu.
Windows sometimes flags an unrecognised publisher. Open More info and choose Run anyway.
The app carries no channels of its own. Signing in needs a subscription that is still in date — worth checking before you blame the install.
